Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons Himachal Travel Bests must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

·         45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour cost

·         35 days prior to arrival: 40% of the Tour cost

·         15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost

·         10 Days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

·         There is no cancellation for the orders / bookings made for the same day delivery.

·         No Cancellation on Group Tours.

 

 

NOTE :

1.     In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Himachal Travel Beats will try its best to arrange some other sightseeing / place as per possibility. However, Himachal Travel Beats is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.

 

2.     Himachal Travel Beats offers best services to its guests.  However during the tour if any other services are booked/hired by guest(s) themselves from elsewhere,  no claim against such services shall be entertained & Himachal Travel Beats is not obligated for the same and cannot be held liable against it.

3.     Any modifications made in the tour / itinerary during the tour or after the payment, then extra charges will apply according to the changes made.

 

4.     If the order / booking  is communicated to the hotels / vendors, then refund will be given after their cancellation and the refundable amount will be deducted accordingly.

5.     In case of any dispute the same will be dealt under the Solan jurisdiction only.
